Covington Venture Fund & Covington New Generation Biotech Equity Fund - No Longer Available for Subscription

Effective December 1, 2009, Covington Venture Fund Series II and Series III along with the New Generation Biotech Equity Series II and Series III (the "Funds") will be closed to new subscriptions (including PACs).

Covington and the boards of directors of each of the Funds feel that, due to the changes in the retail venture capital industry and the maturity of the Funds, it is the right time to close the Funds to new subscriptions.
