The link below is a copy of a mailing sent to all Strategic Capital Fund Inc. shareholders the week of August 3, 2009.

The mailing, as required by the Ontario Securities Commission, is intended to inform shareholders that RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust (“RBC”) will provide fund valuation and accounting services for Strategic Capital Fund.  RBC currently provides these services for all other Covington funds.

There is no action required by either you or your clients with respect to this notice.
